At Opoly we take a long term view on property investment that is why  each Opoly raise has a 5 year "hold" term followed by a shareholder vote to continue to hold the property for another year or sell.

We understand that sometime plans change and you may need to sell your shares before the 5 year "hold" term is complete.

So, to help with this, we intend to build a Reseller market for shareholders in Opoly companies. The Reseller market will help facilitate the sale of shares to new or existing shareholders at a price agreed between the parties (seller and purchaser). Opoly will charge a small transaction fee in respect of any such sale (1% plus GST of the sale price, charged to both the seller and the purchaser).
